How long for tax repayment?

Hi. This is my first year of filling in a tax return as I have just set up my own business. I am due a repayment as I have over paid tax, which I have requested, but I am just wondering how long this usually takes. My husbands repayment came through in 48 hours, from when he requested it, but mine has been a couple of weeks now. My husband is full time employed, is that why he got his through quicker? Or should I be chasing mine?
Thanks

You say you have "just set up" your own business.
Do you mean you set up a business in the 2020:21 tax year?0 -
Yes. I "set it up" in anticipation of being made redundant, but due to Covid it was 18 months between being told I was being made redundant and actually finishing work. As a result I had all my set up costs in the 20-21 tax year, but I didn't properly launch the business until September 21.0

Busy time of the year for the HMRC. At least submitting on time will see you higher up the processing queue.0

Have you checked your Self Assessment account since filing your Self Assessment return?
You should be able to see the status of any refund (assuming there is one).0
