Most of the input is from Gemma Dorans, who, once I got hold of her accent, I rather warmed to. She was laying it on the line what the Appeals Charter was demanding of PPCs (I can't see many, if any, of the one-man-band, fly-by-night operators surviving this) and telling them to get their ducks in a row now, rather than leave it until the last minute, as the AC might be introduced faster than anticipated. 

She talked of 'the new world' and finished with a quote 'The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not in fighting the old, but in building the new' (maybe there's even a lesson there for the BPA themselves, who are still driving hard in reverse gear with their ludicrous claims of the collapse of the British economy just because PPCs have to take a reduction in income!).

As long as the BPA stop thinking about the collapse of the British economy, they are far too small for that ?

I note that they will still allow non-POFA keeper appeals to progress to the second appeal stage instead of being cancelled immediately.
