Can ANYONE help with UBER.

Hi all,
Mods, I couldn't find the best location for this - so pls move if necessary.
I don't live in an area covered by Uber, but I did use the app for taxi's when in London. About 18months ago, I started getting calls from Uber drivers and Uber Eats when I hadn't ordered food/cabs, when I wasn't even in London.
I went through the help section of the app on several occasions, asking for assistance - even sending screenshots of the numbers of the drivers calling me (worse case was at 2am in the morning... repeatedly). These are particularly annoying as I cannot silence my phone at night, due to burglar alarm monitoring at my workplace.
I have (on occasions) managed to get the address they are looking for - which is always London but I've not heard the same address twice.
The last contact with Uber (through the app) was before Christmas and they told me to delete my account and the app.... and re-install.
I deleted my account and the app, but the calls continue.... now I can't contact help via the app (not that they were any use). I looked for an alternate means of contact... googled and found email "support@uber.com" but that has just kicked an email back saying its unmonitored.
Has anyone had similar problems... can anyone suggest any alternative methods of contact - as it's driving me nuts.
Thanks.

Why can't you just block their number/s? You are just wasting time and effort otherwise. Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. I block every number that calls.... but there are alot of Uber employees - so will take a while to block everyone.0

There was a similar thread on the Consumer Rights board recently about Uber Eats delivering to the wrong address, unfortunately that one doesn't yet have a resolution.0

I would assume there is nothing you can do about this. You are probably getting calls from people who sign up to uber and either mistype their phont no or supply a fake one that happens to be yours. You can get uber to remove these phoen numbers but it will be long and slow and nothing stops the person changing it back or a different person using it.Yourt solution would be to only allow whitelisted numbers between certain times. Ot get the work alarm to use something modern and not a call.Deleting you uber account probably made things harder as you are no longer even a customer and things will be even slower.1

Thanks for your thoughts... maybe the best thing is to re-register and persue them via the help once again.0

Another user has typed your number in as theirs. Going to be very hard to work out who.
Best option for silence at night would be to put do not disturb on and allow calls from only from the work number and other important contacts.
Here is information on the iPhone feature Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch – Apple Support (UK)1
