Has Barbados changed much since the 1980’s?Withbellson said:Just as an aside; I have paid a lot less than that for holidays in Barbados.
£188 for direct return flights with BA. US$65 per night for beachfront accommodation. So it's not as outlandish as some here as suggesting.
Even with more expensive flights, note that the holiday is for a ridiculously short duration. Doesn't look like an obvious pricing error.1 -
Thanks, I have too. That's why I was willing to go again.
They should be liable for such system errors.

I thought that the first email from loveholidays confirmed the initial online booking but that it was not "booked" until their 2nd email that actually confirms that it is indeed booked .
I assume that the error was spotted before the 2nd emailEx forum ambassador

If BA/EI/VS, are these one way fares based on a return being booked? I couldn’t find those prices for a return ticket on the remaining 3rd March departure.
Even better would be your £188 return fare you mentioned previously. When exactly did you go last?0 -
Just booked flights to Barbados from Manchester £249 return going out on 17th March for a week. £400 for nice AirB&B near the beach and we sorted. And with the added bonus of seeing last 2 days of England v West Indies Test match which my wife hadn't noticed was on that week!
