Business electric contract, is it really fixed? (see T&C)
Hi,
I have received a new quote from my current provider for business electric contract. Its supposedly a 24 month fixed contract.
I quizzed them if it was really fixed and they send me back an amendment to the T&C.
Does this mean they can increase the per kW/h price and standing charge as they see fit?
See below, thanks!

That essentially means they can bump up your price if there's a change in taxes, or in the charges that NG etc. make to them.

Agreed, nothing there suggest the ability to alter the kWh/standing charges unless additional costs are imposed on them by 3rd parties.
