Maybe a stupid question but not been in this position before.
My Husband is a named driver on my insurance policy, he was knocked off his motorbike today, not his fault and driver drove off. He's just going through the police details online and informing his insurers.
Do I need to let my car insurance know that he was involved in an accident? And if so I assume this may negatively affect my premium?

Ah yes that would make sense. Just need to let them know before renewal.
There was no major damage, but not sure how it works with essentially a hit and run. Luckily we have the number plate, witness's and CCTV proving the other party were in the wrongMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
