What survey on a newish flat?

2 year old flat, purpose built, buying a flat on a mid floor of a 12 storey high block that completed in 2019.
Is the choice limited to mortgage valuation/ house buyers report/ full structural survey?
What would be appropriate here? Presumably a full structural survey wouldn’t be possible on a flat that’s part of a block like this.
