Parcel Monkey- liars and thieves

Hi all,
Long story short, sent a parcel one month ago to USA. Didn't arrive and when I tracked with PM they said that the courier couldn't deliver the parcel as no one was home.
When I finally got the tracking details for DPD to show a detailed tracking it was established that the parcel never actually left the UK! First lie.
PM said they would speak to the courier to get more information and came back with "shipment was returned as destination city was missing". When checking the label once again this was a lie.
Since I've called them out on two lies they have stopped replying to me. Surprise. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews prior to using this company
I paid £43 76 for postage to USA. Plus £16.55 to get the parcel back to me. I want this money back as PM haven't done their jobs. The lying is unbelievable.
Any suggestions on how I can get my money back or who to report this company to?
