Credit
I was a customer of Together Energy and sold the house they were supplying on 3rd December 2021. I had a credit of around £290. They took their time and I received an email on the 6th January 2022 saying I would receive the credit within 14 days - normal industry practice. They went out of business and I never received the credit. British Gas are not interested and there appears no one to talk to from Together Energy left. I have tried ofgem - but they appear to be swamped. I really could use that money and despite assurances on websites that you will receive it - who knows. I appear to be in no mans land with this. Any advice most welcome
