"and use mobile banking"
Does this mean one has to use mobile app rather than just online in order to receive the switching bonus?

  • What's the name of the financial institution to which you are referring and have you asked them that question?

£150 offer if you switch to NatWest

You must apply online or via the mobile app between 24th January 2022 and 7th April 2022 by 5pm.

Deposit £1,250 into your new eligible account, once opened, before 12th May 2022.

Log into our mobile banking app before 12th May 2022.

ie log on to their mobile banking app.

  • I've just been on the online chat to them to chase and they're saying I haven't paid in £1250.. so I've added up my transactions of payments in from another bank in my name and I have over £3000 in March and over £2000 in April so I don't understand even if its £1250 a month I have or am I missing something ? I've given them the figures and waiting for a response.
