Have double gates so the dogs are behind the first gate and you stand in the gap between the two gates and open the second gate which opens onto the road.
You can sett hem that prevents you opening one of the other is open so a double security against the dogs getting out.
The same system used on chicken houses to prevent the birds getting out when someone goes is or out.0
