    Why did you buy it?
    Why do you hold it?
    Have the factors that led to those decisions changed?
    If so why are you thinking about selling?
    IMHO that's the way to go about it. If you owned a McDonald's franchise or a petrol station or a restaurant you wouldn't think about selling it because of worries about the stock market, the same thinking should apply within the stock market.
    But it doesn't which is why it's so goddamn volatile.
