Should I replace my PSU?

Boot from the windows 10 USB install drive
Choose the custom install. From there delete all partitions on the HDD and create a new one (extra will also be created) and format. Then Windows should install.1 -
No need to create a new partition when you do that. Just tell it to install in the unallocated space and the setup process sorts everything out.cx6 said:Boot from the windows 10 USB install drive

yes true if you want to use all the unallocated space for one big c-drive

I was afraid to mess with the BIOS in case it invalidated my warranty so just initiated a return. I ran some diagnostics when in the BIOS and one of the hard disks couldn't or wouldn't scan so I suspect it might have been faulty, it gave me a reference but had made my mind up to send it back by that stage so didn't bother taking a note of it.1

Just a bit of an update. I replaced the original PSU and that at least got power to the PC, my first boot failed and automatically ran diagnostics, I then got a message saying "IQRL not less or equal" for a couple of boot attempts then on the next attempt just a series of beeps and a blank monitor.....have went back in and checked that all connections are secure and re-seated my RAM but still the same beeps.
Could it be something simple I've missed or more likely a motherboard issue?

If you write down the pattern of beeps you should be able to find out what the problem is by asking Auntie Google about beep codes on your particular mother board.0
