Repayment of credits from failed energy companies - British Gas
Has anyone had success in getting repayments of failed energy company credits from British Gas? I was a customer of Neon Reef which failed before Christmas owing me over £600. I have waited patiently for British Gas to acknowledge this credit without any success. They are impossible to contact. They have a chat box but only a robot to talk to. Their complaints page also seems to be non-functional. I would appreciate any hints as to how to get things moving?

You cant. It will be refunded when it is refunded by the Neon administrators, British Gas have no say in this or no part in the process.1
