NHBC plot number discrepancy

Hi,
We are currently buying a property where all documentation has let's say "Plot number A" but on NHBC warranty it shows "Plot number B".
I was told that NHBC is given prior to construction works, and is usually for a plot of land. Our property is a Shared Ownership.
Seller says that plot B is for the whole development, and there is no specific address for the flat.
Does NHBC issue a warranty for every single flat address in the development or 1 the same document for plot of land and give it to every tenant?
Our solicitors need for plot number to match, or at least to confirm that Plot B is the address where we are buying a property.
Where can I get such a confirmation?
