Wife’s IVA expiring
Hi guys
my wife has an IVA which ends on 20th Feb according to the Insolvency register.
is it normal for her to have to submit a I&E at the end of the IVA, I’m guessing it’s to make sure she’s not been earning more than she’s declared.

A few weeks ago she received her annual income and expenditure questionnaire. Which she returned, nothing had changed since the previous years I&E
It’s getting increasingly close to the end date of the IVA, but she’s worrying because she hasn’t heard anything from the IVA people. Has she any reason to worry.
