Unfortunately the income message & Wattsapp tone has stopped working although income ring is still working. I've tried everything suggested on the web including powering down. But still no joy.
I don't want to do a factory reset and am now at a loss what to do. Any ideas from the normal things to try - please.
It took another 2 reboots but it's OK now
