Excellent credit score but history nearly blank

My issue is a bit of a strange one in that if I check my credit report via the Credit Karma app my score is Excellent with a maximum at 9999 and when I view my full report on there the only peice of infomation it has about me is my D.O.B, no address, no credit cards, no soft or hard searches, no finaicial connections, no electoral roll, nothing basically.
Experian app is slightly better, still has the max score but it lists a previous credit card and my current mortgage.
I think my credit report has been like this for about 6-8 months, before this is listed everything that is now missing.
It only really became an issue because I recently applied for a credit card with the same company that I bank with and only got a £200 credit limit.

I can't even obtain my Online Statutory Credit Report from the Transunion website because it is unable to validate my identity.
I have emailed Transunion asking them to investigate my credit report issue but the auto reply indicated it could take them 10 days to get around to my email.
I just wondered if anyone has seen this before or has any advice?
Thanks in advance,

Raise a dispute with each of the CRAs where you believe there to be missing information - as in information that was previously there, not info you would just like to be there.1

A score of 9999? That's a new one! Ignore your score - they are not seen by lenders and aren't factored into any lending decisions. What matters most is having the underlying data being up-to-date.
You need to check your credit reports from all 3 CRAs - Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. Go direct rather than through a third party like Credit Karma. If you've not got much credit history then you'll have a thin file, so the CRAs will need to take precautions to ensure that you are who you say you are - this is standard under data protection rules, so allow them time to do their checks and provide them with any information they ask for (eg. copies of ID, etc). Once you've got access to your reports, dispute any incorrect information you find. Not every lender will report to every CRA so missing account data isn't necessarily a deal-breaker but the core stuff like your personal details, ER registration, etc should be present on all 3 files.

The 999 score will be a default rating, as they don`t hold enough information on you to generate an imaginary one.
