EON Billing incorrect after moving from Symbio, worth checking

After checking my M - in  - Laws electric bill, EON had mixed up the day and night rates since her transfer from Symbio, day rate was being charged at the lower rate and night at the highest.
Worth checking if you have day and night meter.

Anyone on E7 would always be well advised to keep a close eye on their bills particularly after a change of supplier as this sort of mix-up is far from uncommon. It took me a huge amount of time a few years ago to eventually get Scottish Power to correct their transposition of our two readings. in spite of the fact that they acknowledged (eventually!) that it was entirely their error they still demanded photos of the meters at varying times before they would correct. I subsequently had a similar issue when we first went to bulb that I was unable to submit readings through their app as that showed the readings the wrong way round too - thankfully the website option worked fine, and they eventually sorted the issue with the app.
