Ticketmaster Refund Help!

I’m at my wits end and looking for advice pls!  My first post in this forum as you all offer such good advice, let’s hope you can help me 🤞🏻.
A group of 5 of us booked/paid to see Michael Bolton in Oct 2020, it got rescheduled to Oct 2021. In September 2021 I had to have an urgent and unexpected operation resulting in me and my party not being able to attend (friends were due to stay with me for the event). I emailed Ticketmaster (couldn’t find a phone number) and they were very kind, agreeing to refund the booking - amazing. 
This is where the problem started. The original booking was on a credit card I no longer held - that was fine though as this had happened before and I knew I just had to contact them to get the refund sent to my bank. However, the credit card company no longer have the credit card business so advised me they rejected the payment back to Ticketmaster. The credit card company emailed me a letter to that effect which I duly sent onto Ticketmaster. This was around 18 September 2021. 
I have emailed at least weekly, since September 2021, trying to get the money back and, having been given the runaround, resorted to emailing the CEO. The CEO failed to respond but someone called Jan was ‘on it’ or so I thought. Eventually it seemed I was getting somewhere when, on 16th December, I was asked to complete a form which said funds would be in my bank account within 15 working days. Jan had said on their email it would be 28 working days, I clarified and was told to wait 28 working days. 28 working days have long passed, Jan has disappeared off the face of the earth and the CEO is still not responding. I’ve looked at the Ombudsman but they don’t seem to cover this? Oh and, to add insult to injury, I complained about the poor customer service and Jan didn’t feel the service they’d provided was poor 😳🙄. The booking total is £237.15 so a lot of money to give up on. 
I feel I’ve exhausted every avenue, anyone got any advice as to what I can do next as I am stumped…..thanks in advance.
