I’m being chased by an agency for an apparent outstanding debt (£400) between 2012-2016 when I was financially cutoff from my (abusive)marriage, I had no income and have a final bill for both energies which were amalgamated and paid for in full, which I have provided to the agency who are still pursuing this, where do I stand?
