That surprises me Sandtree. The Apple guy who we talked to was in no way pushing product, in actual fact he guided away from some Apple product and towards other manufacturers goods!Sandtree said:The Mrs uses her iPad Air for similar types of apps and would love the extra screen space of the larger iPad Pro but cannot justify the expense.
The one thing that changed her experience a lot was a "paper like" "screen protector" - I quote the later because it doesnt claim to protect the screen from falls etc but vastly changes the feel of using the pencil on the screen to something much more akin to pen on paper. They werent cheap, through proportionally low cost compared to your outlay so far, but always come in a pack of two.
However, when it came to screen protectors and knowing what the primary work would be he really recommended NOT to put a screen protector on because of the way the iPad screen was designed. That said Apple don’t do screen protectors0 -
It depends what you are used to... she finds using the pencil on the glass feels a little strange and not how it feels when she is drawing on paper etc. By adding the paperlike cover the screen has a slight tactile feeling and so the tip of the pen moving over it feels more familiar. I am sure she could adapt to the feeling of plastic on glass but I had enough of the moaning and so bought the cover.kah22 said:
