Avro to Symbio to EON.Next

I switched from Avro to Symbio about a year ago. There was a dispute between them over closing/opening readings. I have a balance owed to Avro of £181 based on them overstating the closing readings. I had to make a complaint to the regulator over Symbio's lack of pprogressing the dispute. In the end the opening readings that I supplied to Symbio were accepted as the correct readings. With these I estimate that Avro owe me some ££. But they've all gone bust!!

Should I notify the liquidators for Avro or wait for them to contact me? I reckon I can wave goodbye to my estimated credit balance, unless theyve opened up an account with Octopus for me....

    Do you have records of all this? Your closing Avro bills, your opening Symbio bills, a calculation from Avro where they accept that they owe you money and how much?
    If so, I'd start by contacting Octopus. According to https://octopus.energy/avro/

    UPDATE SATURDAY 15th JANUARY

    Over 90% of Avro customers have now been issued final bills, and are now set up and getting bills normally as Octopus Energy customers. The remaining 8-10% have more complex data or billing issues that we are working quickly to solve and expect to have any remaining customers’ bills out over the coming weeks.

    The next step is getting credits back to customers. The data for accounts who left Avro prior to Octopus Energy taking over and were owed a credit are now being imported into our systems with  refunds being processed in batches over the coming weeks. We‘ll attempt to return any credits to the bank account used with Avro in the first instance.

    I have been contacted by a debt agency working for the liquidator. I have contacted them to explain the situation but they have not responded. I have since contacted the liquidator who say I should contact their debt collector.

    I'll ignore the lot of them and if they harass me I'll gladly go to court
