Baxi mega flow boiler system 12 compact - flashing radiator symbol

Hi,

I’ve got a baxi boiler and the radiator symbol on the control pad is flashing constantly and the boiler is always on even when I’ve got the thermostat off. It seems to have been happening since I got the boiler serviced around three weeks ago. Does anyone know what the problem might be? When I turn the thermostat on everything works fine and the heating is good. Just seems like the boiler never switches off which can’t be great!

There is a flashing sign on the boiler. ... It means that the boiler is hot and resting while the pump is running. The symbol will stop flashing when the boiler cools down.

Does that help or does the symbol never stop flashing?

It never stops flashing unfortunately. So the boiler appears to be always on! I’ve spent a lot of time on google today and think it may be a micro switch. Think I’m going to need to get the plumber in!

Try switching it off for a few minutes. It might reset itself when you switch it back on again.

Otherwise can you get whoever serviced it to come back and check it?
