• This Competition is open to members of the UK public aged 18 and over only. Employees of Brightsun Travel and employees of participating partners are not eligible to participate.
• Furthermore, agents and distributors as well as employees of the marketing or media agencies contracted by Brightsun Travel and anyone connected with this Competition are not eligible to participate.
• The Promoters are Brightsun Travel with offices at 14 Hanworth Road, Hounslow, Middlesex, TW3 1UA, United Kingdom. All decisions made by the Promoters in all matters regarding this Competition are final.
• The Competition starts at 12:00am GMT on 3rd February 2022 and ends at 11.59pm GMT on 25th March 2022 (Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date of the Competition will not be considered.
• The entry mechanism is by completing an online form; telephone numbers are only taken to contact the winners for a time sensitive prize such as flight bookings and will not be used in any marketing or shared with any 3rd parties.
• Winners are selected randomly by a computer draw.
• By entering the Competition, all Entrants are deemed to have understood, accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Please retain these Terms for your future reference.

Competition Rules:

• Winner selection: The winning Entrant (“Winner”) will be chosen at random. The Promoter’s decision in all matters regarding the awarding of the Prize is final and binding.
• The Winner will be contacted within one week of the competition closing by email (or by phone if it is a time sensitive prize such as a flight with a ‘book by’ date). If you do not respond to the email or phone call within 2 days, you automatically forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly picked.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, modify, or offer an alternative Prize of equal value at any time, if it is not possible to award the advertised Prize.
• The winner(s) must arrange and pay for their own travel insurance; if a flight is cancelled and additional accommodation has been paid for by the winner, travel insurance can pay costs. Brightsun Travel will not pay for any costs related to cancelled or missed flights.
• No purchase is necessary to participate in this Competition but internet connection is required.
• Prizes are not transferrable and non-cash Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of the Prize will be permitted, except that the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value for any prize if the intended Prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond their control. If the prize becomes unavailable due to the pandemic or lockdown restrictions, it will be withdrawn if no alternative can be offered.
• At any time during the Competition, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify and remove any Entrant for any failure to observe the Terms including but not limited to cases where the Promoters believe the Entrant to be engaged in any kind of illegal or inappropriate behavior. In the event that a Winner is disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternative Winner selected by the Promoters.
• By entering the Competition, you release to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the Promoters, any Prize suppliers, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, whether consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Competition or delivery, mis delivery, acceptance, possession, use of, or inability to use the Prize (including, without limitation on claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other alleged cause of action. Nothing shall exclude the Promoters’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of their negligence.
• By entering this Competition you agree to take part in any publicity, if required.
  
• The Promoters may, at any time, at their sole discretion and without prior notice, amend or modify these Terms and may also suspend, interrupt, terminate, or discontinue this Competition at any time without reason and notice or liability to anyone. This applies in particular in the event of any circumstances that disrupt the Competition or prevent it from proceeding as planned.
• You acknowledge that the Promoters, its Prize sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable to the maximum extent permitted by law; and for medical expenses incurred no matter under which circumstances; and for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses, or claims suffered by Entrants as a result of entering into this Competition or accepting and utilizing the respective Prize; and for any injury or damage to you or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in connection with this Competition; and for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
• You further acknowledge that the Promoters shall not be liable jointly.

• By accepting these Terms, you agree and consent to the promoters publishing your name and asking for a photo to publish on the Brightsun social media pages. This information may also be used (including, but not limited to the internet) for advertising or publicity purposes (where legal), and the use of statements made by or attributed to the Winner of this Competition, and any and all rights to said use, without further compensation.
• The Winners will be publicly announced on Facebook. His/her name will be displayed in marketing communications and the Brightsun website.
• All data, including personal data submitted by you is supplied voluntarily. Personal data is collected by Brightsun Travel, 14 Hanworth Rd, Hounslow, Middx, TW3 1UA, United Kingdom (“Brightsun”). We will send one initial email out to all entrants to notify them who the winner is.
• This Competition and any disputes relating to it will be governed by the laws of England and be subject to the exclusive of the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
• This Competition is for UK entrants only and void in all countries where it is illegal by law. Residents from such countries must not submit entries and any such entries that are submitted will not be accepted. Entrants from jurisdictions where the promotion is not permitted will not be entitled to claim any prize.

Competition Prize

• A pair of economy flights from London Heathrow to Riyadh (return) and 3 nights stay at the InterContinental Riyadh including breakfast, with airport transfers.
• • The prize is valid for travel between 1st Sept 2022 until 31 Dec 2022. Flights are always subject to availability, additional blackout dates apply including Hajj and peak holiday travel dates. Your requested travel dates should be submitted at least 2 months in advance of travel to ensure the prizewinner gets their preferred dates.
• Fulfillment of travel is subject to availability of seats at the time of booking and peak periods will not be available.
• Prizes will be deemed invalided if not booked by the book by date.
• Flights will not be upgraded to the next class and the destination cannot be changed unless the promoter deems necessary. Both passengers must travel together on the same booking.
• The Winner shall be solely responsible for: ensuring that all proper travel documents, including valid passport and visas have been obtained in advance of travel at their own cost; plus arranging any required PCR tests, and presenting their vaccination certificate/covid-19 test results if necessary; and being aware of travel restrictions to/from their chosen destination; and obtaining travel insurance if desired; and ensuring that the Winner and any companions are fit enough to travel, and Indemnifying and holding harmless the Promoters from and against any and all damages, losses, costs, injuries, and claims arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Winner in this Competition and acceptance and use of the Prize.
• If there is a lockdown and travel is restricted, this prize will have to be surrendered and cannot be extended beyond the date of 31 Dec 22. If there is a lockdown in Saudi Arabia, and the return flights are cancelled, the prizewinner will accept responsibility for arranging any further accommodation and flights at their own expense.
