Free cancellation hotel not honoured

Not being funny, but... why didn't you mention earlier that the hotel booking was subject to Spanish law? It's probably similar to UK law, but it might have been helpful to know from the outset.bluegoldie said:Spanish law in this instance. What law was the flight booking subject to? Same jurisdiction or different?

It is up to each person to have appropriate travel insurance in place to cover them for their individual £837.311 -

They have contacted after the complaint escalation request and will honour the refund for the guest.
