I have just found on my natwest credit score and  Experion that I have a CCJ issued in 2021. I have no idea where this has come from, I paid £6 to Infotrust on line to see if where had a CCJ and that has come up negative! it says I have no CCJs.

Can anyone help?

On your experian credit report it should quote the court, court reference, date and judgement amount.

Don't pay any money for credit information!

Contact the named court (email prob best) and ask for the particulars of claim to be sent to you.

You will then know what it's about and who got the judgement against you (or who they did get it against!)

Ask on the debt-free wannabe board if you want to challenge the debt. This is the right board if it's the information that is wrong
  • Odds on it's a parking ticket. Did you maybe move house and not update the DVLA for a while?
  • Hi OP, what happened in the end? I have been told I have 2 x CCJs. I have checked Experian, ClearScore and the Registry Trust. They all assure me their data is accurate and I do not have any CCJs. I am at a complete loss as to how this can be. Any helpful advice?
  • Like you was advised on the other thread perhaps start a thread yourself and also who’s told you
    you have 2CCJs
