Hello lovely members.
I'm not sure I've done the right thing following reading the newbie post.
- received parking charge notice on windscreen
- cardiff metropolitan university car park ran by SABA

- received parking charge notice on windscreen
- cardiff metropolitan university car park ran by SABA
- ticket bought through their app
- parking in unauthorised bay
What I've done
What I've done
- checked they're registered with BPA which they are
- appealed the case via their site using the copy and paste thing in the newbie post
- unticked the box asking if I was the driver and any information boxes i typed "see appeal above" referring to the template i used from the newbie post.
I'm getting a bit confused about the BPA thing and other registered companies. Have I done the correct thing in this instance? They are charging me 40£ or 16£ if paid within 14 days.
Thank you so much for all you do on this board

Yes, you appear to have done everything correctly so far. You now wait for a PoPLA code to arrive by day 35 of your initial appeal.
Check spam/junk folders on a daily basis to make sure you don't miss it.
When the inevitable rejection arrives with the code, construct a PoPLA appeal using all the relevant points available to you from the third post of the NEWBIES.
What happened when you complained to the landowner? That is always Plan A.
Also check if the NTK is or isn't PoFA compliant.
Show us a redacted copy if you aren't sure. Remember that as well as your name and address, your VRM and the PCN number is personal data, and you need to check the body of the text as well in case any of the above is repeated.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hey
Thank you so much.
I got a little confused about who I complain to as it was university property. I have written a letter to the pro vice chancellor with this issue included as part of it. I'm not sure who else to complain to? It seems like on the uni's website it's very much SABA run the car park so it seems like they don't want anything to do with it.
Still nothing received via email in response. Is there some sort of clause to say when they have to get back to the person appealing?

As I said two days ago, "You now wait for a PoPLA code to arrive by day 35 of your initial appeal."
You haven't told us when the 35 days began, so I don't know if the PPC is past that yet. Timescales are defined by the BPA CoP.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
