2/3 bedroom with parking and garden by any chance ?
Huge demand for rental properties while some Landlords selling up.
Maybe they prefer having both tenants working but who knows0 -
Scotland operates a different system of Renting compared to England and Wales and I believe all landlords need to be registered.
This makes No difference to you but the huge demand for rentals in most cities and towns is causing issues with lots of people searching for a suitable property to rent.
