    If the repair fails and they offer a refund, be aware that this can be reduced to allow for usage of the bed since purchase.

    Good point - thank you. They've confirmed that they will offer refund if it is beyond repair.

    I'm still talking to them. I've asked them how long is the guarantee on repair but sound like I'll have to accept repair first then refund after.
