I'm being really stupid, no doubt, but I can't see any entry form/fields or a hyperlink. The webpage looked familiar so I checked for a duplicate thinking that might account for the entry form absence but I can't find it as a duplicate .

As it says in the title (Starts 21/02) so it will not be available until then. You won't know the 1st answer until 21/02 when it gets played on air.
