Third Party Debt Order address question

Hi all!
I have a question regarding how best to enforce a CCJ that I have against a former personal trainer, who got fired from their gym and refused to refund my outstanding balance.
I have his bank details, so want to seek to enforce using a Third Party Debt Order. However, the defendant provided a work address for the purposes of the claim, which I then won by default. I now know his personal address, which I suspect will be the address linked to his bank account details.
My question is - is it possible to enforce a TPDO where I have an address that is unlikely to be the same address that the bank would have? For example, if I submit the form and include on the N349 form the address associated with the claim - is there a risk that the bank wouldn't process the order, even though I provided a name, account number and sort code, due to the address on the claim not being the same address they have on his account?
Depending on views - my proposal might be to send a short letter to the court, along with the N349 form to explain that I have used the address as directed by the defendant for the claim, but I also have evidence of another address associated (by land registry check), which I believe may be relevant to the order as this may be the address associated with the bank account?
Thanks in advance

Did the PT defend the claim or did you win by default because he did not respond?2
