E.On Operator Hanging Up
Hi all,
I have a dispute with E.On Energy that I am finding impossible to raise, let alone resolve.
The bill that I am disputing was issued before E.On Energy became E.On Next, so apparently I must sort the dispute with the former rather than the latter.
Firstly, can anyone confirm this is true?
Secondly, I have rang E.On Energy twice and both times the operator on the other end of the line has hung up on me within about 10 seconds. What can I do about this, I can't even log a complaint about it as they hang up on me before I can even speak!
Does anyone know an email address or another way I can contact them instead?
Many thanks,

If you can't get through on telephone or web chat, try a recorded delivery letter. That way you have proof that you have submitted your complaint should you need it for taking your complaint further, if required.
