Hello there. I'm trying to find out who is emailing me regarding my outstanding debt to Pure Planet. I will pay my debt but am very dubious who is emailing and the telephone number quoted in their email has been disabled. This makes me very nervous.
I have now received an email saying that I will get 25% off my final bill if I pay before 20 Feb. Is this genuine? Has anyone else got experience, knowledge and advice?
