Just use 150 and select the "I'm thinking of leaving" option. BUT that only gets you the inbound retentions people and they only have limited options at their fingertips (generally only have a limited command of the English language too!) Outbound retentions are the people who can make the best offers, but you have to give your notice and wait for them to call you...
