Hi there. A friend of mine told me that when utility warehouse came out to fit their smart meter they were told it wasn’t possible because their current meter is housed in a metal box in the porch. @misspeaky My SMETS2 electric meter and communications hub are in a very similar looking metal box. Both my supplier and myself are able to access the readings without any issues to date (and they were installed over 4 years ago).
