That is not going to work for me as I ready use low energy in the time slots.  I am at work, sleeping or using my stored solar power.  It would be hard to work out the sweet spot, cut down to get the free power but not too much.  I would have to use more now in the time slots to get more free electric later.  People could start putting the washing on, in the time slots when the offer was not on so your average goes up.  It is not going to work and too hard to work out for the average person to save money.

All of the electric companies are now looking at differing charges for those on electric meters.  Another devious way of getting even more money out of us.  Not everyone is in a position to adapt their usage.
