Random charge from "Discount Butler Ltd"

Hi all
My partner has had a random charge of £24.99 from a company called Discount Butler Ltd. I cannot find anything about them online.
His bank have said it looks like a subscription so they cannot do anything about it but it may be related to credit reports / checking. He hasn't used anything since August.
Has anyone heard of this before?
