Vehicle control services pcn

I just had the case dismissed at Birmingham county court. VCS will pay me £53 in costs. Alot of time and effort but one strike for the ordinary law abiding motorist. A long road of over 2 years. Im glad the government have finally a knowledged that these people are thieves!! 😊😊😊

Well done , that's great to hear

Tell us more , like location , background information , court report , what the judge said etc 🤔🤔👍👍👍
  • Vcs said that I entered into a contract with them when I illegally parked at EMA BP garage ignoring the 20 signs, signs that weren't even there in their in their own pcn photos but were included in bundle as evidence for  vehicle control services. Photos taken 4 months before the pcn. II successfully presented evidence that the signage was not there and that I had used the garage. the evidence was all in my court bundle i had to attend a pre-hearing then a court hearing the cost and time 4 myself well worth it. Vehicle control services sent a young boy, an advocate who had no interest or background of the case had never visited EMA he was relying solely on vehicle control services witness statement which was incorrect They just send these parking notices out and hope that 20-30 40% will pay. always defend!!!
My bundle said it all, judge denied an appeal.
Shame i had to take take time away from my family and work to pursue thus. My losses  do not reflect the costs applied by the judge, but as someone who has never done anything like this before, never evenbbeen in a court room, its all worth it for that immense feeling of triumph!! Scumbags, dont pay defend. After my experience it  was a standard fine/standard court bundle sent out in the hope that i would pay and thousands do!!!

Great result and I can sense your 'immense feeling of triumph' in your posts.

Super job, well done.  ANOTHER VCS CASE BITES THE DUST  (EAST MIDS AIRPORT)

Indeed, £53 is peanuts.  They have wasted your time, now waste theirs, read this

These things will get sorted (gradually) now that the worst rogue firms are to be scrutinised by Government.

    Well done you!  Great news.
