Previous Supplier Record

I was transferred from PFP Energy to British Gas. British Gas have now produced a totally unreasonable first bill with an estimated reading as the starting point. I provided PFP with meter reading as part of their wind down but I can no longer access any records through their website (bills or meter readings). Has anyone got any ideas how to get copies?
Thanks in advance.
Shane.

No, but you can just ask BG to just re-issue your bill with your provided readings instead of estimated readings. That said, both providers need to agree on a "swap over reading", so it's surprising it's estimated.0

I suspect that like most their other SoLR transfers they are billing as at the change of supplier ID date with an estimated reading, and then waiting for the agreed reading as at the actual SoLR appointment date to bill for the usage between those dates.Astria said:No, but you can just ask BG to just re-issue your bill with your provided readings instead of estimated readings. That said, both providers need to agree on a "swap over reading", so it's surprising it's estimated.
