@AnotherForumite As you have now had time to digest these I am wondering what you and your fellow colleagues/operators think of the new code of practice
We have seen what the BPA have said with their Scare Mongering and the IPC with their claims that it is nothing new but I am wondering what actual operators thing
For example, the removal of the debt recovery charge?, do you think this will have a big impact or just the cherry on the cake?
How do they feel about the removal of the ability to use Elliott vs Locke (ok that's really only IAS/template witness statement stuff#
One major thing is where you need to issue a new PCN if an RK has moved address and you find this using a soft search via Experian etc.
What about the day to day running of the car parks which may be impacted by the code (positive or negative)
When do operators plan to start implementing such changes or will they wait until the last minute
Some feedback would be useful and lets keep it civil and no back biting
