Funnily enough I have just finished off my letter to her and it’s going via email first thing tomorrow morning.2

I’m so sorry to bother you all again. The response from the SAR has come back and they are seeking identification documents. Can this be right? I’ve attached the various documents that they have requested. Once again I appreciate your help.0

Sorry, I have reread the newbies section and I have found the answer. I no longer have the vehicle in question and, being in France is frustrating my issue. I will have to upload a heavily redacted driving licence. Are there any downsides in doing this?0

As long as your driving licence has your correct address for service, and you cover your photo and DoB and the code (I think it is line 5) that gives your DoB, there shouldn't be an issue. I would suggest you also send a redacted utility or bank/card statement as well if you can access them online, or two similarly redacted documents.
I would also send them proof that you are currently living abroad.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3 -
Coupon-mad said:do I tell them that the blue badges are not applicable on private land? No, it is applicable if they choose to observe the BB scheme.
You tell them you WERE disabled and show your Blue Badge (attached but with the photo covered so it's not a full copy that a scammer could duplicate).
Also do as already advised, stating that you are seeking debt advice and require a 60 day hold (twice as long as the minimum suggested in the pre-action protocol) because you are abroad until xx date and are disabled, so you will then need additional time and qualify for a 'reasonable adjustment' extension of the usual minimum case hold time to seek the necessary debt advice before you will be able to respond more fully. In the meantime here is a picture of your Blue Badge and they should tell their clients to cancel the charge immediately.
They should cancel it and you could reply again if they rebut your dispute, pointing out the Annex in the new Government Code of Practice (published by the DLUHC on 7th Feb) where it states that PCNs must be cancelled when a Blue Badge is provided.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thank you coupon-mad. I wasn’t aware of this, I was waiting for evidence from my local authority confirming that I had a blue badge at the time of the PCN being issued. I had also started my court prep work, setting out the signage, the retail parks own photographs of the car park without a sign in view. I also uploaded some fabulous google street view images. I have only just received my information from the data protection request which I was going to go through today. This afternoon I received an email from the Gladstones solicitors informing me that their ‘client’ had cancelled the instructions and the case file closed. I can’t thank everyone on this site enough. The templates and advice made available to help in such cases no doubt helped me, I don’t think I could have worded my letter any stronger than I did. So thank you team MSE. Regards, Sharmichem.3
