OK I got two private parking tickets from pcm I followed everything, asked for a SAR from PCM but didnt contact Gladstones, (I recieved a letter from them om the 8th December) I was using pepipoo forum who are always very good. I got a bit confused as I ended up with about 5 different parking tickets goin on all at the same time. The letter says 30 days to reply but you can reply after it states.Here is the thread, I can re post everything if needed

and here is my letter im going to send, I just thought I would put here as well as people in that forum recomend MSE as well.

This is probably a mess and too late, but I clearly got muddled with the Sar one. Im not sure if this will work any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn’t receive a letter from you but on requesting a Sar from PCM it had all the information in it including an extra PCN ive only actually received two in total but it showed three.

I no longer possess the original Parking Notice or any subsequent documents
Please send copies

I will then provide a detailed reply

Please also provide copies of all other documents that your client will seek to rely on including but not limited to :

Photographs of the signs and a site plan
Evidence of your client's legal capacity in accordance with its Code of Practice Para B 1.1
An explanation and evidence for the charges added to the original Parking Notices

It would be entirely unreasonable for you to take legal action until you have responded to my request that is entirely in accordance with the Pre-action Protocol for Debt Claims and the Over-riding Objective
