Hi,
I recently bought a DNA kit from My Heritage on 5th Dec and have had SEVERAL issue with this company which has meant that I have spent an excessive amount of time on the phone to their customer service with nothing being resolved. I understand it’s headquarters is based in Israel but they operate globally .Which regulating board can I make an official complaint to given it is a foreign company selling in services in the UK?

What exactly has gone wrong as this can make a difference as to whom or where you can complain. Looking quickly at their terms of service, if you use their service(s), you are bound by Israeli law regarding disputesIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
