Ah lucielle, please don't get ostrich syndrome, I did that for a very long time, and it only made matters worse, it might seem like a good idea at the time, but it is a very regreatable thing to do. I tried and tried to get sorted though before I stuck my head in the sand, and I learned many hard harsh lessons through it. Please, make some calls and get some help, no one is going to judge you, they are all very helpfull, and the more help the better.

Oh and it takes forever to get the sand out your ears and does ya back no favours either
