What to do when a company refuses to respond.....Swan Appliances

I bought a Sawn Microwave directly from them in 2020 and it's stopped working.
I messaged them through their website as asked and was told to wait 5 working days for a response - that has come and gone.
Messaged again - no response
Tried on twitter twice - no response
What do I do now ?
I'm sitting on a microwave that doesn't work and a company who is ignoring me - I'm not sure what more I can do.
Thanks to MSE I cleared £37k of debt in five years and I was lucky enough to meet Martin to thank him personally.

Are you wanting to claim under warranty or Consumer rights?

    Have you tried phoning?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

How much was it?  If it was a £50 microwave it probably isn't worth pursuing.  After this long you'd only be entitled to a partial refund if Swan chose to refund, and you'd have to prove it's faulty as a result of an inherent problem.

If it's much more expensive, you may have to consider small claims action if they're not responding.
