You say the court date was November, did you get to the witness statement stage?1 -
I hadn't started my witness statement, although I had gathered my evidence. I was planning on starting this weekend so I didn't leave it until the last minute.1

Thats great that you didn't have to get to WS stage. This week the DQ was sent over to the court and DCBL. I have got all the evidence together and WS nearly completed so just waiting on next steps.2
