Can anyone recommend a provider that rebates trail commission? Thank you.

I think most providers will rebate the trail commission on unit types that include it, but the alternative is to switch to "clean" units with lower charges that don't include any trail commission. You can usually convert to clean units without having to buy and sell though it can sometimes take a while.

Trail commission was banned at the end of 2012 and all platforms converted from trail paying share classes to clean share classes.    It killed off the trail rebating companies as there was no point to them existing any more.

The only places you you see trail commission still on pre 2013 held assets are direct with fund house (where the fund house is both administrator and fund provider).  But that is typically the most expensive way of holding funds and moving them to a platform using clean share classes is nearly always better.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

I've still got a couple "dirty" funds on HL where the charge includes trail commission, but they refund it. They have clean alternatives but the net charge is the same so haven't bothered converting.
