If you don't take the fixed tariff, they have to put you on the SVT. It's in the regulations. The only exception are the "true" green suppliers; Ecotricity, Good Energy and Green Energy.

You're misunderstanding. They don't need to "offer" it, i.e. promote it. You will go onto it if you don't move to any tariff they do offer.Jedigirl70 said:

They are hiding the SVT, which is a dubious practice, but if you do nothing, when your current fix ends, they must put you on the SVT. If they don't, take them to the ombudsman, and they'll have to pay you compensation as well.
