Hi, I also just wanted to say please don't worry. It certainly doesn't sound like you are a heavy gambler by any means. And you have now stopped, something people addicted to gambling cannot do quite so easily. Your spending hasn't been heavy either. You're being really hard on yourself when there is really no need - you'll make yourself ill and that'd be a shame. Good luck! But I'm sure things will be absolutely fine.
